The grant will be used to fund the project Tobacco Farmers’ Cooperative Organizing and Capability Building Program which aims to support the organizing and strengthening of tobacco farmers’ cooperatives or people’s organizations to implement the fuelwood plantation project in the provinces of La Union and Ilocos Sur.
